Timber Treatment

ON-SITE FACILTIIES

To ensure our timber products have a long and low maintenance service life and are fully protected against wood decay and insect attack, we pre-treat our softwood timbers using the latest preservative products within our own on-site facilities.

TANALITH WOOD PRESERVATIVE

Next generation TANALITH wood preservative from Lonza Wood Protection, now incorporates patented BARamine technology. This provides an even more robust protection allowing greater penetration of the wood preservative into the timber as well as protecting against certain copper tolerant brown rot organisms.

Lonza recognise the high quality of our preservative treatments with TANALITH wood preservative with the Treat-Right Accolade, together with the quality timber species we use and our production procedures, including incising.

The resulting TANALISED pressure treated timber can be used with total confidence, even in ground contact situations. For our fencing and landscaping timbers, we also offer TANATONE treatment with a rich brown colour built-in.

SERVICE TREATMENTS

We can incise and preservative pre-treat, customers own timbers on-site.

We can accept timber up to 1.2m x 1.2m and simply need to know the timber species and the relevant Use Class the timbers will used for.
