How does it work:

  • Depending on the product of choice, we will set up a date for installation. During your leasing period yearly maintenance, repairs, product insurance, and winter storage are all included.

What is the length of Services by Husqvarna contracts?

If you have a Services by Husqvarna Lease Plus contract, the table below offers more information on the contract length:

Lease Plus Option:

Complete product and service bundle including maintenance and repairs for the full leasing period, includes:

  • Product use, the cost of maintenance and repairs. Yearly maintenance of the equipment is mandatory and included.
  • Service can only be performed by an authorised Husqvarna dealer.
  • The customer has to use and maintain the equipment in accordance with the corresponding operator's manual.
  • In the event of a malfunction or need for repair, the customer must immediately stop using the equipment and bring it to the authorised dealer for inspection.
  • Authorised robotic mower installation1 is mandatory and included in the package. For deals that include CEORA installation, please see HyperCare program details.
  • Off-season storage* and seasonal blade2 replacement included.
  • Option to extend the contract for 3 or 5 years.
What products are eligible for Lease Plus?

Only new products from a select range are eligible for Husqvarna Careâ„¢ Lease Plus contract.

Who is eligible for a Lease Plus product?

All customers are eligible for a Services by Husqvarna Lease Plus contract under the condition that the product is only used privately.

Lease Plus can only be applied to new products within a selected range.

Who owns my product in the Lease Plus contract?

If you have the Services by Husqvarna Lease Plus contract, Husqvarna owns the product during the contract period and bears the risk if something happens to the product.

The customer gets to use the product worry-free, within the specific contract conditions.

There is always an option of upgrading once the contract has expired.

When your contract period comes to an end, there is the option to turn in your current product, renew the leasing contract and upgrade to a newer product.

What happens to my product at the end of the leasing contract?

If you have opted for one of the Services by Husqvarna leasing contracts, at the end of the leasing period a Husqvarna dealer will take the old product you have returned and offer you a new one.

Are you allowed to cancel a contract prematurely?

No, you are not allowed to cancel a contract before the lease has run its full length. Such cancellations are subject to termination fees according to the terms and conditions in your Rental/Leasing Agreement.

Is there any time you are allowed to cancel a contract prematurely?

Yes, you are allowed to cancel the contract if you wish to upgrade to a new product.

What happens if I wish to cancel a contract anyway?

Early cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee + penalty. The amount is individual to each contract and depends on variables such as country, monthly cost, condition of the product and how many months that are left on the agreement. Additional fees from the dealer may also occur.

Is there product insurance?

Yes. HCS insurance is always included in the monthly fee. The insurance covers sudden and unforeseeable accidents and events. Such as vandalism, theft, lightning strikes etc. The insurance does not cover malicious or neglectful use, or internal errors in the product. Detailed information can be found in the HCS insurance terms.

To make a claim report the incident to your local Husqvarna dealer. The dealer will forward your case to HCS. Please include the following in your report to the dealer: Contract Number, Product Name, Serial Number, The cause of the accident, The date of the accident and a detailed description of the accident. (Theft or vandalism also requires a copy of a police report).

What happens if my product is faulty/malfunctioning?

The functionality of the product is the responsibility of the dealer. Any potential compensation will be regulated on future invoices, thus you must always continue to pay your HCS invoices. Please contact your certified Husqvarna dealer/service provider.
